Managing Your Priorities
How do we better manage priorities in a fast paced world that is constantly changing? This course will examine these challenges and give practical tips to better manage priorities. The 4 hour course will accomplish the following objectives.
1. Gain clarity around understanding job and priorities.
2. Identify obstacles to accomplishing our most important priorities.
3. Give practical solutions to reduce or eliminate priority obstacles.
4. Focus efforts on things that we can change.
5. Create a more manageable life with less stress.
6. Learn ways to better communicate with others as we manage priorities.
